WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF THE CORPORATE COACHING PARTNERSHIP
Our services include: Corporate Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision and Training.
Please bear with us as our website is new and currently under construction. We are still adding content and it is not yet the finished article! It is our intention to keep it simple and to the point, so here is a brief introduction.
Our specialism is coaching those who work in the "people business".
Our mission is to be a catalyst for your success. To generate a strong corporate attitude and improved performance.
Research shows that when organisations bring coaching into their culture, lasting improvements are apparent in key areas such as internal and external communications, employee attitudes and performance.
We will design tailor-made programmes combining coaching, mentoring and training aligned with your mission and performance principles.
Our role is to provide:
- Quality time out for employees to consider and reflect upon performance
- A safe and respectful relationship in which to express concerns and ideas
- An opportunity to look at the big picture.
We offer a complimentary consultation so we can establish and explore the issues affecting your business.
On the lighter side of life, we also offer a specialist de-cluttering and re-organising service for your office or home.

We must see people in terms of their future potential, not their past performance. Building awareness, responsibility and self-belief is the goal of the coach”

Coaching for Performance
The type of issues we work with are:
· Improving communications
· Fostering team spirit and team working
· Challenging employee attitudes
· Countering stress and time wasted in negativity
· Enhancing performance
· Boosting morale
· Work-life balance
· Managing difference and diversity in the workplace.
Why does coaching work so well?
It works because of the uniqueness of the coaching relationship which is personalised and exclusive to each individual's situation.
The relationship is outside the line management structure and is designed to be a positive experience, that motivates, inspires and empowers staff.
The Corporate Coaching Partnership is truly independent, being outside the organisation with no hidden agendas or pe-conceptions.
Our aim is to improve the quality of life and work for our clients.

According to CIPD research, over 70% of organisations use coaching, and 80% reported that line managers use coaching methods with their staff. Coaching is particularly effective for helping to bring about behavioural change and many companies are working hard to establish an internal coaching culture.
